Our one‑off consultation fee includes everything needed to give you accurate advice and a clear path forward:

  • Travel within our service area: Auckland region, from Helensville across to Albany, and down through Drury and Pukekohe

  • 30–45 minutes on site assessing your space, layout, and installation requirements

  • Recommendations on suitable fireplaces, flues, or replacement parts

  • Advice on council requirements and what may be needed for permitting

  • Preparation of quotes for supply and installation

  • Follow‑up support if you have questions after the visit

Whether you’re planning a new installation, replacing an existing unit, or just need expert guidance before talking to council, this consult gives you the clarity you need.

What’s Not Included

The consultation fee covers our time and expertise, but does not include any council fees related to building or installation permits. If a permit is required, we’ll outline the process and provide the information you need to proceed.
