Our one‑off consultation fee includes everything needed to give you accurate advice and a clear path forward:
Travel within our service area: Auckland region, from Helensville across to Albany, and down through Drury and Pukekohe
30–45 minutes on site assessing your space, layout, and installation requirements
Recommendations on suitable fireplaces, flues, or replacement parts
Advice on council requirements and what may be needed for permitting
Preparation of quotes for supply and installation
Follow‑up support if you have questions after the visit
